Taking a closer look at this graphic

I’ve found several other Hopi Calendars online to compare to the one shown at the end in Chapter 8 of the book. Looking at these have helped me better understand which design elements of this calendar representation are used with some consistency versus which might be things that the author intentionally included in the image (perhaps as clues).
