Four childhood stories

Fun with single panel comics

There are at least four childhood stories shared in the book that stand out to me: the digging for gems in an empty lot, the candlelight vigil song, the basketball game, and wandering around New Orleans. While likely not going to help with any puzzle solving, I thought it would be fun and funny to take each of those four stories and illustrate them in the style of a Far Side or New Yorker single panel comic.
